Before deciding on the right organisation to convert our loft, we invited four companies to quote for the business. Lucas Lofts were by far, the most professional. During their first visit, Joe and Sam spent a lengthy amount of time discussing options and giving us ideas that we hadn’t thought about. Their quote came through on time and was clear; follow-up questions were answered within 24 hours and again the answers were clear. Joe and Sam offered everything we wanted – an organisation to be responsible for project managing everything from start to finish. Once we offered the contract, Joe kept in contact leading up to the start date. Once on site everyone involved (with the conversion) was great. At times we had many tradesman in our home, they were all polite, respectful and great with our 2 and 3 year old; we were happy to go abroad for a week leaving Joe and Sam with a key. Every aspect of the conversion was discussed daily; we were overly impressed that temporary walls were erected in the bedrooms impacted, keeping the dust and mess to a minimum. The overall finish is outstanding; all available space has been utilised, the storage we now have is far more than we expected. Everything feels light and airy, and it looks as though the conversion has always been there. The design was well thought out and executed to an incredibly high standard. Deciding on a loft conversation was a good decision, but the best decision was using Lucas Lofts.
